In line with its Ambition 2020 Project, PSB Industries is implementing a new global customer-facing organizational structure. As such, the Group has committed to a wide-ranging restructuring of its Luxury & Beauty activity, which today represents nearly 50% of its business.

The new structure revolves around three fundamental pillars, with complementary expertise that will offer luxury and mass-market customers alike both industrial excellence and innovation capacity.

  • Texen Industries is the group’s industrial base, with all its technological expertise in the manufacturing of exclusive packaging, developed all over the world to be as close as possible to customers and markets. This department valorizes the synergies between the Group’s historic factories and recent complementary acquisitions both in France and abroad.
  • Texen Beauty Partners will now group together the different trading entities in Europe and the US as well as a sourcing department in China. This division stands out for its agility and its innovation capacity, especially when it comes to a full-service offer. Thanks to a solid network of partner suppliers, notably in Asia, this pillar allows Texen to co-develop global solutions for its customers, from formulation to accessories. This is in addition to Texen’s manufacturing offer.
  • Texen Innovation brings together marketing, communication and innovation – Texen’s ultimate priority – for the whole of the division on a global level.

The new structure, with its own Board of Directors, is headed by managing director Ludovic Anceau, who reports directly to PSB Industries President François-Xavier Entremont. “I am pleased to see our Luxury & Beauty division reveal the complementarity and breadth of its resources with this new organization,” stated François-Xavier Entremont. “This positioning is the expression of our capacity to adapt to our markets and our common goal of continually working to offer our customers the best possible service.”
