La liquidation judiciaire du papetier allemand Zanders est confirmée, selon la presse allemande (le journal Bürgerportal) et selon le communiqué ci-après de Zanders, publié le 30 avril dernier. L’administrateur judiciaire, Dr. jur. Mark Boddenberg, a déclaré qu’il n’était désormais plus possible de sauver le producteur de papiers et carton haut de gamme.

The business operations of Zanders Paper GmbH will be discontinued as of today, 30 April 2021. As the provisional insolvency administrator Dr. Mark Boddenberg announced today, no viable concept for the continuation of the company could be found. After 192 years, the history of the paper mill, which is world-famous among other things for its unique Chromolux paper grade, ends today.
With regard to open orders and to the sale of remaining paper stocks, customers will be contacted in a timely manner.
The entire staff of Zanders Paper GmbH thanks all customers, suppliers and partners for their loyalty over many decades and even in the difficult past weeks and months.
It is with great regret that we have to inform you that the business operations of Zanders Paper GmbH have been discontinued as of 30 April 2021.
As a customer, you must assume that you will no longer receive open orders. We will inform you about the sale of remaining paper stocks in a timely manner, insofar as possibilities exist. In case of any queries, please write an e-mail to your known contact persons.
